Clarify your purpose for this fast. Whether it’s seeking guidance, spiritual renewal, or a specific breakthrough, set clear intentions for your time of fasting.

How Should I Fast?
To begin, seek guidance through prayer and ask the Lord for wisdom on your fasting approach. It could involve abstaining from a specific food, desserts, taking a break from social media, or pausing TV/movies for 21 days. Decide on the type of fast that suits your health and circumstances. Be intentional about your commitment. We pray you are blessed during this time. 

If you choose to undertake a dietary fast, ensure you stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water. It's advisable to consult your doctor before implementing any substantial dietary changes.

Why Should I Fast?
If you've been praying for something, striving to overcome challenges, or seeking God's wisdom, fasting serves as an excellent means to silence the surrounding distractions and listen attentively to what God may convey.

No matter what kind of fast you choose, or if you choose not to fast, seek God with us in prayer during these 21 days.

 

Spiritual Practices

Daily Devotion: Begin each day with prayer and devotion, using the provided prayer message and passage from the Bible.

Worship: Engage in worship through music and hymns. Use this time to express gratitude and adoration to God.

Daily Journaling: 

Keep a daily journal to record your thoughts, reflections, and any insights received during this time.

Share experiences: 

Engage with others in the church community. Share your experiences, insights, and prayer requests. Share your gratitude for answered prayers and any testimonies.
