Lessons from the Lake - The Beginning

The LORD called us to ministry in 1999 by speaking the word “campground” to my spirit. It took seven years for that word to be fulfilled before we joined the staff of a Christian camp in New York. Sometime in the course of our seven year wait I felt that the LORD was telling me that we would live on a lake. My Father knows how fond I am of water.

It became so, and we ultimately lived on one of the New York Finger Lakes.

We moved  to Florida in 2015 and joined the staff of yet another ministry. Have you already guessed that “yes” we are living on a lake here?

Our fifteen years of living on the lakes have been filled with many lessons. May you be blessed as I share them with you.
